Developed based on the needs of the client, sessions focus on the mental and emotional barriers faced in school, sport, work and relationships. Strong emphasis on emotion-regulation and stress and anxiety management. Virtual options only at this time*

Group Courses

All of the same benefits of one-on-one training with the added bonus of meeting like-minded people. Knowing you are not alone and being part of a community that accepts each other for who they are and who lift each other up is an invaluable part of this experience. Virtual options only at this time*

Workshops

1 or 2 days intensive workshops aimed to address a specific topic. Lot’s of open discussion, hands-on learning and fun bonding opportunities. A great way to invest in your teams! Virtual and in-person options available.

Guest Speaking

A motivating and thought-provoking guest speaker for your next event; Jen candidly shares her personal experiences in order to connect with audiences and let them know a) they are not alone and b) there are ways to change.

Understanding exactly who you are or who you want to be can be powerful. Learning the simple behaviours that allow you to stay steady in your self-belief during difficult times can be LIFE-CHANGING. This change can be educational and invigorating. My goal in working with youth is to help them to see their worth and understand how their thoughts and feelings affect it. In today’s culture we equip our kids with everything except the tools they need to navigate the deeply challenging time in their lives that is adolescence.

Someone who is equipped with confidence in their abilities and has the tools to overcome obstacles is one that will not only experience success but also the true joy that sport and leading others can bring. My job is to provide the tools and knowledge needed to improve performance; my goal is to help the good achieve greatness and experience joy.

Stress is a silent killer. It is infiltrating all facets of our lives- and as a woman stress affects us more. Hormones have a lot to do with stress and with a unique hormonal makeup it is critical that women start to understand their unique responses to stress so that they can better manage them. We have also seen a rise in stress and anxiety and a decrease in joy in women as a result of impossible beauty standards and societal pressures. These are not easily overcome but with consistent work and the right tools and intention, joy can be restored and renewed sense of self and hormonal health is possible.
